One Bedroom Apartment Kaos Hotel Apartments offers comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people in a 1-bedroom apartment. The brand new apartments feature 2 single beds/1 double bed in the bedroom, dresser, wardrobe, luggage rack and the bedroom opens to a balcony with chairs & tables.

The living room features 2 large sofas which can turn into a bed, 32" LED TV, coffee table, dining table with chairs & an open plan kitchen with oven, electric cooker, kettle and a large fridge. They are equipped with pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery.

All rooms are air-conditioned.

These multi-award winning, family orientated, fully air-conditioned apartments & studios, 35 in all, are set in pleasant surroundings, with large gardens, brand new swimming pool & ideally situated on Nissi Avenue, close to town centre and several beaches. They are within easy reach of shops, restaurants and a pharmacy, as well as 2 bus stops with buses travelling to/from town centre, all Ayia Napa beaches, Waterpark, Protaras & Larnaca Airport, saving you a lot of money on Taxis. The apartments feature Free WiFi Internet.Each apartment comprises of 1-bedroom with 2 single beds, open plan kitchenette with large fridge, a lounge and a private bathroom with shower.

This is our most affordable option, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people in a 1-bedroom apartment which has been slightly renovated, but with a different style to our Deluxe rooms. The standard apartments feature 2 single beds in the bedroom, dresser, wardrobe, luggage rack and the bedroom opens to a balcony with chairs & tables.

The living room features 1 sofa which can turn into a bed, 32" LED TV, coffee & dining table with chairs & an open plan kitchen with oven, gas cooker, kettle and a fridge. They are equipped with pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery.

The bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Kaos Hotel Apartments offers comfortable accommodation for up to 3 people in our brand new studios. The studios feature 2 single beds/1 double bed and 1 armchair that opens up into a single bed.

There is a 32" LED TV, a dresser, wardrobe, luggage rack and an open plan kitchen with oven, electric cooker, kettle and a large fridge. They are equipped with pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery.

The studios all open up to a balcony with a table and chairs.
